To complete the admission process within 25.07.2019 (as per order of the Dept. of Higher Education, Govt. of West Bengal having no. – 1063 – Edn(CS)/10(M)-95/14 dated 10th July 2019) it is notified to all the applicants, whose names are still awaiting in the published merit list, for expressing their interest of taking admission in K.K.Das College at the e-mail id only within 4.00 p.m. of 23.07.2019. 


Document Verification Notice 

Students who got admitted in the 1st year B.A./B.Sc./B.Com Courses are directed to report at the College with all original documents (with one set of Xerox copy and one copy of passport size photograph along with the duly signed application form and bank payment receipts) for verification. 2nd Admission Notice 

 Some seats are yet to be filled up in different streams under different categories of semester–I in the academic session 2019-2020 and there are no applicants in the following vacancy position. Interested students may apply & pay Application Fee within 3rd July 2019, looking at the vacancy position. Please don’t apply in the subject where there is no vacancy, if apply, application will not be considered. View attached file for details.

Merit list of all paid applicants has been published in the College website.

The 1st admission list will be published in the College website on 12.06.2019 at 00:00 hour on the basis of the seat capacity in the respective subjects/streams and strictly according to the published merit list.

Applicants from 1st admission list will be able to take provisional admission either through on-line mode or through off line mode at Axis Bank Garia Branch only

Date and time of payment

·         From 00:01 hours of 12.06.2019  to 13.06.19 up to 23:59 hours through online

·         From 12.06.19 to 13.06.19 during Banking hours (at Axis Bank Garia Branch only) bank challan generated from the portal.

N.B.    1) Provisional admission from 1st admission list will be closed on 13.06.2019 at 23:59.

2) 2nd Admission list will be published on 15.06.2019 at 00:00 hour subject to the availability of seats.

1.       Payment of fees should be done only through e-payment modes or through the designated bank branch (AXIS BANK, GARIA BRANCH, NEAR 45 OLD BUS STAND). Payment WILL NOT be accepted at the college premises.

2.       If any candidate fails to take admission within the stipulated time period, his/her candidature will be cancelled.

Verification of documents will be done on the first day of commencement of classes. Admission will be cancelled if the documents of the candidates are found not in conformity with the declaration in the forms submitted online.

N.B. : Students who will be able to attend classes REGULARLY will only take Admission.
